• * Green Space Camera Enhancements

  We will be officially beginning the process to improve the functionality of our green space cameras soon. Please note that while we are committed to this project, the final implementation depends on the feasibility of running electricity to these specific outdoor areas. Please check the website once a day for updates on our progress and vendor assessments.

• * Mailbox Repair Update

  We are aware of the issues with the community mailboxes on Cascade Canyon Trails and are working to get it  repaired as quickly as possible. The board reported this issue to the mangement company. The management company is actively engaged on this matter and is coordinating the necessary steps to ensure our mailboxes are secure and functional again.

• Thank You for a Great Turnout! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Dozier Elementary for our Annual Meeting. It was wonderful to see so many neighbors engaged in our community's future. We successfully utilized ElectionBuddy for our voting process, and we appreciate your patience as we modernizing our HOA operations.

• Quarterly Meeting information

• *Meeting Notice: As the newly elected Board takes shape and begins restructuring, please check the website regularly for updates regarding meeting schedules. In addition to our standard quarterly sessions, the Board may schedule interim or subsequent meetings as necessary to ensure we are proactively meeting the needs of the Trails of Marine Creek community

• Compliance/Fines: The board conducted a meeting with the Compliance team. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Board by using the contact us link

• * Ferncreek Ln traffic calming: As of today 10 Mar 2026 the Board reached out to the city. The city manager mention that our community did a wonder job meeting the reqirements for the traffic calming devices. Unfortunately, the city traffic manager also stated that they were in the process of renewing contractors. This process has delayed installation until summer 2026. 

• The Board has identified, and is in the process of repairing the mail box on Cascade Canyon Trail Road. Picture is posted in the Project section below. Please be very careful when securing your mail. 

•  Green Space crosswalk marking (Cascade Canyon Trail Road intersections at ferncreek lane and Redeagle Creek Drive)

  • *The city has completed collecting data and removed the tracking systems. 
  • *We are awaiting a review of the data and confirmation for approval or disapproval 

• Maintenance Update: Street Lights

  • City reply"  "Thank you for contacting Transportation Management. The City is in the process of inspecting and scheduling the replacements of all defective (purple) lights. Replacements could take up to 6 months or longer."
