We’ve all seen those neighborhoods on TV—the ones with the perfect summer block parties, beautifully kept streets, and neighbors who genuinely know and support one another. We know that is exactly the kind of happy, inclusive, and vibrant environment you want for Trails of Marine Creek. The Board hears you, and we share that same vision. However, there is one "behind-the-scenes" secret to those TV-perfect communities: it only happens when the residents themselves step up to lead the way.

Meet Your Newly Appointed Architectural Review Authority (ARA/ACC)

Please welcome the newly appointed members of the Trails of Marine Creek ARA! Their primary goal is to help you successfully bring your home improvement projects to life while protecting our community’s property values. Rather than just enforcing rules, the committee serves as a helpful resource, working directly with residents to ensure planned exterior changes—like new fences, sheds, or landscaping—align with our CC&Rs before any money is spent or work begins. By reviewing your architectural applications and proactively guiding you toward approved materials and property lines, the ARA is here to help you avoid costly compliance mistakes, prevent headaches, and keep our neighborhood looking its best.

Whether you are just moving in or have lived here for years, this committee serves as your friendly community ambassadors. They proactively help new residents settle in by providing essential neighborhood information, answering questions, and sharing resources to help folks feel at home right away. Additionally, they take the lead on organizing community events, neighborhood initiatives, and social gatherings that bring us all together. By welcoming newcomers and planning engaging activities, the committee is here to build lasting neighborhood bonds and ensure ToMC remains a place we are all proud to call home.
