Common Area Care

The Board want to provide a brief update to let you know that the grounds at Trails of Marine Creek are actively being serviced to meet our established community standards. Routine landscape work, including mowing the common areas and edging along the sidewalks, is proceeding on schedule. Additionally, necessary maintenance on our community amenities has been completed, and the fencing near the pickleball courts is now fixed.  

 

Please also note that the landscape decorum at the entrance is currently behind schedule. We are waiting for the city to relocate the water meter and complete the ongoing road project adjacent to our community before we can move forward.
