Formal Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Directors
NATURE OF SPECIAL BUSINESS TO BE CONSIDERED: In accordance with the requirements of the Bylaws and Texas Property Code § 209.0051, the Board will meet to deliberate and take formal action on the following specific agenda items:
Committee Elections: Board vote to elect/appoint members to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Discussion of possible proposal of action regarding amendments with follow up owners meeting for vote, including:
Amendment to Article III Section 3.2 Number of Directors
The Board of Directors
Amendment to Article III Section 3.5 Election and Term of Office.
Code compliance and enforcement procedures review and discussion.
Administrative updates, including updating the Association’s official mailing address with Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD)
Infrastructure and safety matters, including community mailbox repairs
Discussion and possible vote regarding landscaping contract selection
Executive Session (Closed):
Review of pending litigation and foreclosure matters
The Board will reconvene in open session following executive session to take any applicable formal actions.
We encourage homeowners to attend and stay informed on these important community matters.
