CALL FOR CANDIDACY – BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Dear Trails of Marine Creek Homeowners,

The Board of Directors of Trails of Marine Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. is now accepting candidates for election to the Board at the upcoming Annual Meeting.

 

The Annual Meeting is scheduled for:

Date: March 24, 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Dozier Elementary cafeteria / Hybrid Zoom

 

Positions Available: There will be 2 position(s) open for election. Each position carries terms according to the established bylaws section 3.5 for Trails of Marine Creek Homeowners Association Inc.

Serving on the Board of Directors is an opportunity to positively impact our community by:

  • Helping maintain and enhance property values

  • Utilizing your professional acumens/skills to make governance more efficient 

  • Stictly adhearing to all city and state property codes and ToMC HOA CC&R and bylaws

  • Creating a community environment that is safe, friendly, and high morle 

  • Overseeing the Association’s financial health

  • Assisting with community improvements, events and other long-term planning

  • Supporting fair and consistent covenant enforcement

 

Eligibility Requirements:

To serve on the Board, a candidate must:

  • Be an owner of record within Trails of Marine Creek

  • Be in good standing with the Association

  • Be current on assessments and free of unresolved compliance violations
