Pet Name: Helpful for "Lost" pets; for "Found" pets, use "Unknown" unless on a tag.
Type & Breed: Be general (e.g., "Golden Retriever mix" or "Orange Tabby").
Gender & Size: Approximate weight (e.g., "Small, 15 lbs").
Color/Markings: Mention unique features like "white paws" or "notched ear."
Collar/Tags: Describe the color of the collar or if they have a rabies tag.
Date & Location: The specific street or landmark where last seen/found.
Behavior Notes: Is the pet "Friendly," "Skittish/Do Not Chase," or "Needs Meds"?
Contact Info: A phone number is much faster than email during an emergency.
