This website is provided as a service to the residents of Trails of Marine Creek for informational and communication purposes only. It is intended solely to facilitate community synchronization and celebrations. Please note that all official legal documents are hosted exclusively on the SBB Management site.
Membership & Identity (Anti-Impersonation) Access to certain "Resident Only" areas of the Site requires a verified account.
Illegal Conduct: Impersonating another resident, board member, or individual to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its private data is strictly prohibited and is a violation of Texas law
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any suspected breach must be reported to the Site Administrator immediately.
Resident Business Links The HOA may provide a directory of resident-owned businesses.
Requests: Residents may request their business be linked to the Site.
Moral Standards: All linked businesses must adhere to what the Board of Directors considers "good moral standards." The HOA reserves the right to deny or remove any link that it deems offensive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community’s reputation.
Rights: No business link may infringe upon the intellectual property or legal rights of any third party.

External Links: For your convenience, we provide links to third-party websites. The HOA does not control and is not responsible for the content of these sites. However we do review to ensure “good moral standards” and appropriateness
Monetization Disclosure: At its inception, this Site does not receive funds or commissions for posting links.
Termination of Access The HOA reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site for any user who violates these terms or the HOA's governing documents.
